Setup
- Sign in with your NOSA account and confirm the categories that describe what you sell.
- Verify ownership of your site with a DNS TXT record, a meta tag or a well-known file. Challenges expire, so repeat one that has.
- Copy the snippet LinkShare gives you into your site footer and publish.
Sign-in problems
- Sign-in uses your NOSA account; LinkShare has no separate password.
- If the sign-in page reports the service as unavailable, try again later. Sign-in fails closed rather than letting anyone in.
- If your NOSA membership has lapsed, you cannot sign in until it is active again.
The box is not showing
- Check that the snippet is on the published page and that your host allows third-party scripts.
- A strict Content Security Policy on your site can block the script. The script address and integrity value must be allowed.
- Fewer eligible businesses may mean fewer links or a neutral state. That is expected behavior, not a fault.
- An installation that is not verified or is suspended shows the neutral state.
Report a category mismatch
- Once members are admitted, use your dashboard to choose the business and the category you believe is wrong.
- Say why. A reviewer records a reason for each decision.
- Review and appeal tooling is not yet in operation.
Report a competitor
- Block the business from your dashboard once it is available. A block applies on the server and takes effect for new visits immediately.
- Also report the category mismatch if the business shares your market but not your categories.
Removal
- Delete the snippet from your site. The box stops displaying.
- Remove the installation from your dashboard. This does not cancel your NOSA membership.
